Registration
        Popup blockers must be removed before registering online.
 
        To register for a class:
        (1) Click on Continue to Classes at the bottom of this page to see CTCOG's training schedule.
        (2) Click on the desired course title to receive a registration form.
        (3) If this is your first time to register, please enter information requested.  Law enforcement or anyone else with a PID (personal identification number assigned by TCLEOSE) should use this number as their Registration ID.  For persons without a PID, please use your email address or some other unique identifier that you can remember.  If you have registered online with us before, enter your Registration ID and click on Remember Me; the information you previously entered should show up.
        (4) After you have completed this section, click on Register for Class;
        (5) You should then receive a confirmation page.  At the bottom of your screen you should see a tab that says PRINT--->Registration; click on this to print out the confirmation page.

        To register additional individuals for the same class, click on Clear Form.
        To register the same person for another class, click on Change Class.

 
Payment:
        To receive an invoice or to pay online with a VISA or Mastercard credit card, click on Check Out.  This page gives you the option to mail in payment with a copy of the invoice or to pay online with a credit card.  Follow the instructions shown.  The website provides a secure credit card process; the number is transmitted directly to the processing contractor for payment to our bank and only the registration information is captured in our system.  We do not retain credit card information.  You cannot use multiple credit cards in the same session.  Credit card payments will not be accepted at the door.  If you are registering more than one person for a class, wait until all names are entered before clicking on Check Out; all names and a total of the amount due will be shown on the invoice.

        To pay by check, please submit a copy of the invoice or registration confirmation with your check made payable to Central Texas Council of Governments or CTCOG and mail to:

Cancellations:
        To ensure your enrollment in these classes we must receive your regestration at least 5 days prior to the start of the class.  Registration may be cancelled without penalty if our office receives a request within 5 business days prior to the start of the first day of class.  If we have not received cancellation you or your agency will be invoiced for classes you have registered for.  Substitutions are accepted.  Please register ear1y as classes will be cancelled for insufficient registration. 
 
Credits:
TCLEOSE credits will be provided by CTCOG.  All other credits/CEUs must be applied for by the individual or their agency.  All students compleing a class will receive a certificate of attendance.  CTCOG is contracted by TCLEOSE to provide training courses.
